Environmental Issue:
The planet is our habitable place and the environment to be safeguarded for a healthy and pleasant life style. The major issue that to be addressed with more additional care is the air pollution. The pollution is majorly due to industrial exhausts and improper disposal. Proper recycling or eliminating the toxic content the exhausts have to be implemented in the exhaust.
Typically industries Casting, Forging, Oil Recycling plants, Paint manufacturers and cement manufacturer’s emit more polluted gases to the environment. Though government of India has set up multiple benchmarks, rules and regulative methods for the disposal, many industries that are working on the rural areas are mostly violating the rules or have insufficient infrastructure for the disposal of the gases in a regulated way. As the breathe is the primary source of livelihood, the polluted air often causes multiple diseases to the living beings.
ESP’s have been designed and developed for the processing the polluted gases, but awareness about the same, advanced technology in the disposal methodologies and its associated cost is a biggest challenge to the implementation. The result is proper disposal of the industrial emissions is still a challenging task. To address the same, the rules has to be strictly followed and a flying squad team has to appointed to regular inspection of the industries.
Technically, most technologies has to be implemented by inventing a system that considers each and particle of the which could be screened separately and the toxic contents has to be analyzed and disposal of these gases at atomic level has to be designed.
The Promising Solution: The most of the Industrial exhaust’s are primarily due to combustion. i.e combustion is hot achieved at full efficiency level. So the technology has be developed with system that works with most efficient rating. Secondly the burnt exhaust is composition of gases where then major constituent is the Carbon Di Oxide, which is a emission based on burning. Technology can be developed by separating Carbon and Oxygen from the emitted gas, by surpassing the emitted gas into a closed container, under extreme pressure the carbon particles could be separated from the gas as fine powder and the oxygen gas could be further purified to continue use a as fuel.
