Rarest video cameras
in the world: IMAX cameras.
Humans
are fond of entertainment. For this they started many things like adventure
parks, water parks, safaris and a lot. Cinema is one of those things which not
only shows the reality of the world in the form of entertainment, but also
modernized the standard of living. With the introduction of cinema western
countries came to know about the eastern, northern, southern cultures and
values and same as with other regions.
This
all started with the theaters. Actors used to act
on theater stages live to the audience, where they can see the public reaction
as review instantly. But time changed, now people liked to be at home enjoying
the same on their TVs but with the comfort of their homes.
IMAX
Cameras.
It
is one of the rarest cameras in the world. It is believed to have only 24 to 26 IMAX cameras
in the world. The value for one camera is about ₹6 cr . But they aren’t
available for sale. Only you can rent them for ₹2.5 lacs a day. These cameras are designed for an ultimate
theatrical experience, which provide deep colour explosive sound and
captivating imaging.
IMAX
is an proprietary system of technically advanced resolution cameras, film
format projects and theatres with very large screenstaller than the theatrical
standards. They project an aspect ratio either 1.45:1 or 1.90:1. Yes you heard
right IMAX supporting theatres are different from the traditional ones. The
name is believed to deliver maximum image Co- founded by Graham Ferguson.
Who
founded IMAX cameras?
Graeme
Furguson, Roman Krertos, Robert Kerr and William C Shaw were the Co- founders
of the corporation limited. The team worked to develop the first imax camera projector
standards in the late 1960’s in Canada.
Difference
between IMAX cameras and standard theatres.
In
a normal theatre you watch a print delivered by studio. In IMAX the print and
the sound has been diligently worked on with the film makers and the
corporation involves making sure the exact vision hit the screen. First they completely overhaul of each movies
audio, which is overseen by the movie director. Then it’s time to work on the
image. They use a remastering process called DMR, which means digital media
remastering. It fully transforms every frame of film to produce the best
possible version of a filmmakers vision.
The
projectors run simultaneously to provide the perfect image to the users with a
balance of warmth and sharpness the idea is to push the limits of engineering
and premium filmmaking tools available. In India Shahrukh Khan’s upcoming movie
Pathaan will be the first Indian movie to be shoot on an IMAX camera. After so
many flops and being outside from the industry for almost four years King khan
is making its comeback by multiple movies like Dunki, Jawaan. Pathaan is one of
them.
